I am writing to find out if your company:
- Directly tests the product or ingredients on animals
- Contracts with laboratories to do animal testing
- Is a member of a business organization which allows animal testing
- Has brands/factories which do not do animal testing, but are tested on animals at the company headquarters.

I would like to know if it would be appropriate to recommend Guerlain's products for vegans.
